Technical Informatics Studies at the University of Cooperative Education (UCE)
focussing particular on the elective module Data and communications technology
Contents
- Duration of study: 3 years
- Dual-system studies:
- alternating
- 3 months practical training in the company
- 3 months theoretical lessons at the UCE
- alternating
- The basic studies are followed by an elective module with special focus on:
- Data and communications technology
- Reports have to be drafted during the practical training
- At the end of the sixth semester the Bachelor´s Thesis has to be written in the company to be then defended by the student

Requirements
- Qualification to attend a technical university, A-level certificate or title of a master craftsman or technician
- Good command of English language
- Special interest in natural science (physics, chemisry and mathematics)
- Ability to think in abstract terms
