ELCON presents ELCONnect® coax
At the AngaCable 2007 trade fair the new product family ELCONnect® coax was officially presented to the public and has now been released for mass production. Designed as broadband data transmission system over existing and new cable television / coaxial cable infrastructure, it provides data rates of up to 200 Mbps and has full Voice over IP (VoIP) functionality already built in today. The system is bidirectional and can extract certain frequencies (e.g. those used by Pay-TV in hotels).
