ELCON shows latest FTTH-solutions and Mobile Backhaul products at the Broadband World Forum Europe

At the 2011 Broadband World Forum Europe (27-29 September, Paris) ELCON will present its extensive product portfolio.

A real FTTH innovation will be ELCON´s smallest fiber terminating unit with embedded cable-TV module. The unique FTTHomebox can be easily integrated in any FTTH-network (Open Access) – be it Active Ethernet (P2P) or GPON. It is the perfect solution, wherever compact clusters are to be explored or big rollouts have been scheduled.

Customers who put their focus on comfortable broadband access, will certainly have a closer look at ELCON´s client-specific Blue Wing FTTH Gateways, which offer multiple interfaces for WLAN, POTS and CATV for any network level. With bit rates of up to 1 Gigabit and high-grade Ethernet switching they fully meet today´s customer requirements.

Another highlight will be the ELCON products that have been developed for Business Access applications. They are ideally suited for the provision of Next Generation Business Services over copper and fiber structures.
