ELCON has a long-lasting and proven track creating products and solutions, not available off the shelf, to fill gaps in telecommunication networks. Our copper line based regenerators are now in the fourth generation doubling or even quadrupling the distance of SHDSL based transmission lines. Our additionally available power solution powers all regenerators using the same copper line.

Cost-reduced dual-line repeaters are also optimized in its energy consumption – one of the best in its class. Not only the capital expenditures can be reduced using ELCON solutions, but also the operation costs can be kept at a minimum. Therefore integrated monitoring, supervision and alarming can localize network outages and informs immediately about line breaks in certain sections.

ELCONs broad range of specialized network terminals allows a smooth upgrade from legacy towards new generation networks. Our NT2/NT10 series fits perfectly to legacy SDH networks via SHDSL lines, still in broad use, offering standardized Ethernet services. The EoP series offers multiple E1 services over Ethernet, providing legacy accessibility over new networks.
