ELCON has invested in state-of-the-art automatic SMT pick-and-place machines, which can be speedily programmed to mount components for different products. This feature along with integrated test technology guarantees high flexibility and production quality.

Quality certificates issued by major telecommunication companies worldwide and, of course, the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 (quality-related requirements) and DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 (environmental requirements) certificates awarded by the German technical inspectorate DEKRA, vouch for the effectiveness of our quality management system.

The product safety is determined by the quality, by ecological friendliness, functional safety and equipment reliability. It is ensured by strict compliance with the client-specific safety-relevant requirements and applicable legal stipulations (protective rights, environmental protection and the like). The products, methods and materials applied in connection with them, are subject to the laws of Germany, the European Community and the country of destination. Measures for ensuring optimal product safety are already taken during product development.
The laws and regulations on environmental protection as well as other essential requirements being of relevance for our company, are strictly adhered to.

If the company jointly with one or more interested parties needs licences or approvals, they are obtained by the Management or their appointed officers in compliance with the applicable legal stipulations. In case such licenses or approvals cannot be obtained, the company searches for alternative solutions, while the rejected variant is discarded.

ELCON has been awarded the creditworthiness certificate CrefoZert by company Creditreform. Within the credit assessment ELCON proved to be a financially healthy company and met all certification criteria:

• Solvency index < 250
• Balance sheet rating < CR9
• Successful interview of the members of the management:
  no significant credit risks recognizable

This fact can be communicated to every business partner. If all the criteria are continuously met, the certificate will be valid for one year.
