CFC Industriebeteiligungen reports on successful closing

Publicly traded CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KGaA invested in ELCON Systemtechnik GmbH and is now the main shareholder of the company. The closing was successfully concluded on 12 July 2007. The investment now provides the base to finance ELCON’s growth for the future.

Marcus Linnepe, CEO of CFC Industriebeteiligungen, is very pleased with the transaction: „We are happy, that in the end all parties involved had acted in concert to fully exploit ELCON´s earnings potential and, above all, to provide a very promising future for the company.“

Ahead of this engagement, there was a change at ELCON´s top management: as from 1 August 2006, Werner Neubauer is ELCON´s managing director.
