CeBIT 2012 – ELCON exhibits at the joint BITKOM booth

As in the previous years, ELCON presents itself as German manufacturer of high-class network termination equipment at the CeBIT trade fair in Hannover. At the joint BITKOM booth ELCON will introduce innovative solutions circling around the topic Broadband technologies.

Ultra-high-speed broadband connections are an indispensable prerequisite of future communication – whether in mobile or fixed-line networks. There is a huge demand for Gigabit products, which are able to provide high data rates anywhere and at any time. No matter if the network infrastructure is based on optical fiber lines, copper or coax cables, ELCON offers innovative network terminating technologies „Made in Germany“ for any network topology.

High-comfort broadband access is guaranteed by the FTTH Media Gateway portfolio which covers all network layers. With up to 1 Gbps bidirectional transmission rate and high-performance Ethernet switching these gateways not only represent state-of-the-art technology, but will also meet growing bandwidth requirements in future networks.

In the field of Business Access ELCON shows their latest xDSL products, which are ideally suited to meet the requirements of Next Generation Business Services for copper and fiber access networks. Special focus is put on the topics Mobile Backhaul and VDSL Bonding.
